Remote Collaboration Facilities at PSFC

There are two rooms at the PSFC equiped for video conferencing.  The main conference room (NW17-218) and a new smaller one (NW17-119).  PSFC meetings should be scheduled in NW17-218.  Leaving the small room available for less formal ad-hoc meetings.  In the event that 218 is unavailable 119 can be scheduled. 

The The NW17 second floor conference room has been outfitted  with audio and video conferencing equipment using DOE 'Remote Collaboration Infrastructure' funds.  The equipment includes:

• Ceiling microphones
• wireless lapel microphone, table microphone
• Audio Processor/Telephone Hybrid
• ISDN Video Codec
• H323 Video Codec
  
• Computer with video projector
